The production run will approximately take 8 to 10 weeks after the order placement.

This period of time is necessary to perform every manufacturing and assembly step in accordance to our quality standards.

Csjt grants an unlimited warranty for any material or manufacturing defects.

Free repair and product exchange obligations will cease when:

1. The product becomes faulty due to off road, rough/bumpy roads use.
2. The product has been repaired by unauthorized personal.
3. The fault or damage to the product occurred during transport.
4. The bicycle was improperly assembled.
5. Owner caused damages.
6. A scratch to the paint occurs.
7. An accident damages the bike.
8. A theft occurs.
9. The product is damaged due to use with third parties parts, accessories or devices.

The cost of labour for partial or total replacement is excluded from the warranty.

Custom duties may be applied depending on the country of origin.
